| More details: | From the moment you walk into Lutheran Home's Adult Day Center and experience the bright main rooms overlooking the playground of our Children's Center, you know it's a unique program. Staffed with dedicated professionals, you know they love what they do. Lutheran Home Adult Day Services is committed to providing comprehensive programs and supportive services that promote dignity, independence and self esteem, allowing individuals to stay in their homes. Loved ones enjoy the socialization, yet are supervised in a protective setting. Caregivers feel good about getting some much needed time for work or to care for themselves. Lutheran Home Adult Day Services is a member of LutheranLiving Services, a non-profit organization with an outstanding reputation of serving seniors for more than 100 years. Should the need ever arise, Adult Day Services residents have prioritized access to a wide variety of services provided by LutheranLiving Services, including: assisted living, rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, and a variety of programs. Lutheran Home Adult Day Services has easy access for visiting family and friends, centrally located in Wauwatosa, minutes from the expressway. Caregiver Support You cannot care for your loved one without caring for yourself. While enrolling a loved one in an Adult Day Services program can be a difficult decision, it can be your chance to do something wonderful for that person and for yourself. Whether helping you to get caught up, revitalized, rested or allowing you to return to work, Lutheran Home Adult Day Services can share the caring, allowing you to be at your best. Additionally, we understand the difficulties caregivers encounter and offer a Caregiver Support Group to help. |
