2011 WADSA Goals

• Develop an efficient and profitable website, which is value added for all stakeholders.
• Strengthen organizational structure including:
  •  Infra structure
  •  Board & Committee Structure/Leadership
  •   Legal/Fiscal/Accountability

• Enhance Membership Equity Benefits.
• Complete a membership survey/complete a benefit analysis.
  •  Identify and implement next steps
• Provide a successful 2011 National Conference.
•  Improve training and educational opportunities for members
  • Address non-English speaking audiences
